2. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
All deposits made for the Founder's Circle seat are 100% refundable at any time prior to the official launch of the FitWings application. Once you have accessed or activated your personalized training engine after the launch, different terms may apply.
- Founder's Seat Deposit (£25): 100% Refundable.
- Timeframe: Requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.
- Method: Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used.
