FITWINGS MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS CONSENT POLICY

This Marketing & Communications Consent Policy ("Consent Policy") governs how FitWings ("we," "us," or "our") communicates with you via email and other electronic channels.
By checking the "I consent to receive personalized offers and fitness advice" box during your account configuration or landing page signup, you are expressly opting in to the data processing and communication practices described in this document.
This policy is a supplement to our Global Privacy Policy and specifically addresses our commercial and educational messaging standards under:
- GDPR & ePrivacy Directive (European Union/UK)
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States)
- PDPL (UAE/KSA)

We do not believe in generic spam. Your consent authorizes us to send you specific, high-value content categories designed to maximize your results with any of the FitWings systems:

A curated series of strategic emails focused on:
- High-Performance Advices: Managing workouts, sleep hygiene, and stress mitigation.
- Nutrition Strategy: Explanations of the macros and calorie targets provided in your PDF plan, high value nutritional tips.
- Training Mechanics: Guidance on executing the workouts generated by us using our AI.
B. Personalized Product Offers & Launches
Commercial notifications regarding:
- The FitWings App: Alerts regarding Beta access, "Founder"s Seat" availability, and official launch dates.
- Exclusive Pricing: Delivery of the "50% Lifetime Discount" codes and other Founder-tier incentives.
- Feature Updates: Announcements of new algorithm capabilities or modules.
- Feedback: Asking you for feedback on the Fitwings UI, content, website, advices, training plans, and nutrition plans.
C. Behavioral "Nudges"
Automated messages triggered by your activity (or inactivity) to keep you accountable:
- Reminders to download your generated plan.
- Check-ins if you have not engaged with any of our systems for a set period.
3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA FOR PERSONALIZATION
Critical Transparency Statement: To ensure our communications are relevant to your physiology and lifestyle, we use the data you provided during the "Configurator" process to segment our email lists.

Click the "Unsubscribe" or "Manage Preferences" link located at the footer of every marketing email we send.
Method 2 (Manual):
Contact our Privacy Officer at contact@fitwings.ai with the subject line "Withdraw Marketing Consent."
Note on Transactional Emails: Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, you may still receive critical Transactional Emails (example but not limited to, Password Resets, Payment Receipts, or Legal Notice Updates) as these are necessary for the administration of your account.
6. GLOBAL COMPLIANCE SPECIFICS
For Users in the European Union & UK (GDPR)
- Legal Basis: We rely on Article 6(1)(a) Consent for direct marketing.
- Double Opt-In: Where required by local member state law, we may send a confirmation email asking you to verify your subscription before full marketing commences.
For Users in the United States (CAN-SPAM)
